Frequently asked questions

What exactly does a Reach Virtual Assistant do?

A Reach Virtual Assistant is a fully trained, dedicated team member who supports your dental practice remotely. They handle phone calls, appointment scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and other administrative tasks.

Are Reach Virtual Assistants trained in dental systems and HIPAA compliant?

Yes. All our assistants are trained on dental workflows, insurance processes, and U.S. practice management software. They operate through secure, HIPAA-compliant systems and use encrypted connections to protect patient information.

How long does it take to get started?

Most practices are up and running within two to three weeks. During this time, we handle recruiting, screening, background checks, and interviews. You’ll review the top candidates, select your preferred assistant, and we guide you through onboarding.

What support do we get after launch?

You get a dedicated Success Manager, structured check ins, and ongoing quality reviews, plus help refining workflows, scripts, and KPIs.

How is this different from other virtual staffing or call center services?

Unlike call centers, our VAs are exclusive to your office. They learn your systems, your tone, and your workflows, just like an in-house employee. You interview and select your assistant, and we handle all the recruiting, compliance, and ongoing support.

How much does it cost to hire a Reach Virtual Assistant?

• Full-time (40 hours/week): $1,950 per month
Part-time (20 hours/week): $1,050 per month

There are no setup or onboarding fees. Each plan includes recruiting, training, and a dedicated Success Manager to ensure smooth integration and ongoing performance.

Can we scale up or pause if our needs change?

Yes. You can move from part time to full time, add an additional assistant, or adjust schedules as volume shifts. Agreements run month to month with a thirty day notice, so you stay flexible without long commitments.
